Shipping Policy:

 - All orders are shipped from our New York Showroom:: 63 Austin Blvd, Commack, NY 11725

-Currently we are running Free Shipping Promotion on all Orders Over $50 for limited time only. Orders under $50 are shipped for $7.95 and may take up to 7 Business days not including Weekends, Holidays or Inclement weather delays. While we offer Free Products USPS, UPS & Fedex still charges us shipping hence Promo, Freebie & Samples are excluded from Free Shipping, please check your Cart Total if free shipping applies.

When will my order be shipped ?
Usually all orders received before cut-off time of 10:00 AM E.S.T, Monday to Friday are shipped on the same day, all orders placed after cut-off time will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday with be shipped the following business day. UPS/ Fedex is used whenever possible. However "Common Carrier" can be selected in special cases. During Holiday times we first ship Shipping Paid & expedited orders, orders are shipped on First In First Out after processing. Processing may take upto 7 days plus the Transit Time (Excluding Holidays). Please chose to pay Shipping or place expedited order if you need sooner.

What if my order was shipped under Free Shipping and I want to return my order?
For a limited time we are offering Free Returns on all orders over $100 i.e No Restocking Fee and no shipping charge for original order even though you return all the items. We would issue a full refund once you return the order at your expense. After the Free Returns promotion ends, actual shipping would be charged on all returns deducted from the order total shipped under Free Shipping. For all orders shipped under Free Shipping which are less then $100 we charge actual shipping on returns before we process refunds.

 

Coupons, Discounts and Free Products:
To keep it Fair for all we can only offer Free Products and Promo codes 1 per customer and 1 per Household. No Rainchecks, all offers are only valid till supplies last. 

Do you provide Return Labels ?

We do not provide pick tickets or return labels. We get the same rates as you may from USPS and other Carriers and it is more cost effective for you to choose the carrier at your convenience. 

How do I buy Insurance ?
Your package comes prepaid & insured with tracking number/ delivery confirmation. Please feel free to contact us if you think you need extra insurance.

What if I want to use my shipping account Instead ?
Expedited, Overnight, alternate carriers and other special delivery requests can be made over the Phone @ 516-470-1122.

How do I know my items have been shipped ?
All Packages are shipped with Tracking Information. All orders are notified of Tracking via email but you can also call us @ 516-470-1122 to get shipment status and your tracking info.

International / Canada Shipping

We Only ship to limited International locations. Please select your country once you have created your shopping Cart. Shipping rates are calculated in real time and are available for your review before you checkout.
